Refund/Delivery Policy 

Our refund policy runs alongside your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, which allows you to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt. 
If you are not satisfied with the products supplied by Successful Baits UK Ltd, they are faulty or not as described on our website, they can be returned provided that :- 
 
1. You have notified us in writing through our website or email or by telephoning 01487 834442 that the product is faulty or not as described within 7 days of the product being delivered. 
2. Once our staff have confirmed that the product can be returned, the product must be returned within 7 days. The product must be returned in full, must be in the original , undamaged packaging and must be in a perfect condition for re-sale (unless faulty). 
3. If the condition of the product you receive is faulty, Successful Baits UK will cover the cost of postage (you should obtain proof of posting) and the goods will be replaced or a credit issued. 
4. If you simply don't like the product, you can still return the product for a replacement or a credit but the cost of shipping will be payable by you, and the product must be in the original, undamaged packaging and must be in a perfect condition for re-sale. 
 
Delivery 
Most of our orders are shipped through a courier (YODEL) and require a signature on delivery. Smaller orders are sent same day via Royal Mail. All orders are processed within hours of receipt and will be collected by the courier the day after the order is placed and delivered the following day. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. If you provide Successful Baits UK Ltd with an email address and a mobile number, the courier should keep you, the customer, informed of delivery progress. If you have given us delivery instructions, ie: leave with neighbour at number 10, these details will be conveyed to our courier. Our courier aims to deliver within 1 business day (Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands will take longer). Any theft, loss or damage to your parcel/goods resulting from being left as per your instructions will not be replaced, refunded or credited by Successful Baits UK Ltd.  
 
Prices quoted for delivery in United Kingdom are incremental according to weight up to and including 30kg. If your order is over 30kg, please contact Customer Services on 01487 834442 to obtain a quote for shipping. 
Prices quoted for delivery in Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands are set up to a maximum weight of 15kg. If your order is over 15kg, please contact Customer Services on 01487 834442 to obtain a quote for shipping. 
 
If, on checkout, you select the incorrect delivery rate for your address, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will contact you before doing this and if the order is cancelled by us a full refund will be issued. 
 
If, when you receive your parcel(s) you notice evidence of damage to the outside packaging, including staining from leaking liquids, please ask the courier to witness you opening the package to enable you to sign the delivery note as 'goods damaged'. This will enable us to claim from our couriers insurance and then send you a free replacement. If you do not sign your parcel as damaged with the courier driver before they leave the delivery address, no replacement or credit will be given.
